CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING

 

All orders are custom, therefore may differ from previously made items and photos shown on website. No two items are guranteed to be identical. Sizes listed on our size chart are approximate and may vary by 3/4" due to elasticity of different types of fabric.  Not all body shapes are the same, hence, not all bikinis may fit the same on different individuals.  Templates, such as bra cups or bikini bottom shapes are predetermined and can be altered to fit special needs for an additional fee of $50 per item. Due to hygenic reasons, we cannot alter items that have signs of wear, have not been washed or the hygenic liner has been removed.  Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to us and if your competition bikini or figure suit does not fit, we offer 1 alteration service at no charge upon approval.  If item is deemed to be impossible to alter at our discretion, we will replace the necessary piece. We reserve the right to refuse service for suits that have not been washed prior to arriving or alterations requested are found to be unreasonable.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

All deposits are absolutely non-refundable as materials are specifically purchased for each individual order.  Customer must notify RDMswim.com by email within 48 hours after deposit has been submitted, to cancel order before work commences or materials are purchased. 
ALL sales of custom orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.  Photos of completed suits will be emailed or posted to RDMswim.com and its social media outlets for customer approval prior to shipping. Payment of balance is deemed as a binding agreement between RDMswim.com and the consumer. It is then considered  that you are 100% satisfied with the physical appearance of the item purchased.  

 

SHIPPING

 

You are responsible and liable to cover all shipping and handling costs for delivering and returning your item for alterations.  Depending on your location, the time it may take for deliveries can vary and it is not guaranteed by RDMswim.com. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express/Overnight service, RDMswim.com must be notified by email and must be prepaid by customer before shipping occurs. 

 

WASHING AND CARE 

We strongly discourage practicing posing in your suits. The stones are delicate and may become loose or fall off. We provide extra crystals in your package for replacement. They can be applied with the  "E6000" glue found in Home Depot or similar retailers.  Please inquire for instructions on application. Many of the fabrics, specifically holograms, will begin to show signs of wear much faster than a store bought bikini.

 

Use a mild lingerie or swimwear detergent and hand wash in shallow water and drain until water runs clear. Hang to dry over a towel as excess tan and color may drip onto floor. ****Wash ASAP and don't let the tan set/dry any longer than you possibly can. **** Use double sided tape vs. spray glues and adhesives. It comes off easily and doesn't ruin fabric or leave residue. **Do not soak your suit as it promotes the dye to run and fade. Lightly brush inside of suit with a toothbrush to remove glue and Bikini Bite. Do not scrub or use brushes on the outside of the suit especially on hologram fabrics.  **Hologram fabrics will turn silver if exposed to oil or harsh washing or scrubbing. ** Do not bleach or dry clean your suit!! The chemicals are too harsh.
